(2) 1940s Food Groups Menus by the Maltex Company in Vermont
Menus measure 10.5 x 8.25 inches, printed on one side. The menus were produced by the Maltex Company in Burlington, Vermont to aid in the national Nutrition Program. Maltex produced cereal and other malted products through the early 1970s. The company was famous for it's maple-flavored cereal called Maypo.
